Effective from 28 May 2026

1. Who we are

The controller of this website and of the personal data we collect through it is:

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies solely to this marketing website (www.freshmanmail.com) — that is, to your visit, the contact details you submit, and the use of cookies.

The FreshmanMail platform itself, which clients log into, runs on a separate system. The processing of personal data within the platform (including data about candidates and clients) is governed by a separate document available directly inside the platform. No user account is created on this website.

3. What data we process on this site

When you simply browse the site, we don't ask you for any personal data. We collect data only in the following cases:

Booking a consultation

When you book a slot via the "Book a consultation" button, we process the data you enter in the booking form — typically your first and last name, email address, phone number and, where applicable, your organization's name. We use Calendly for bookings.

Direct communication

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide and the content of your message.

Technical data

When you visit the site, technical data is recorded automatically — such as IP address, browser type and version, access time and similar operational data. It serves to ensure the functionality and security of the site.

You can also manage cookies directly in your browser, where you can block or delete them. Please note that restricting essential cookies may affect the site's functionality.

6. Who we share data with

We do not provide your data to third parties for their own purposes. To run our operations we use trusted service providers (processors), in particular:

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is safeguarded under GDPR, in particular by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary. Data from bookings and communication is kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and then for the period needed to protect our legitimate interests. Cookies have their own lifetime depending on their type, typically from a single session to several months.
